New York-based food writer Jacqueline Raposo has always been fascinated by the people behind the objects we covet; the paintings, films, plays, books, buildings and plates of food we devour are birthed by the thousand stories of the craftsmen behind them. With the turmoil within each of us in mind, she’s profiled over one hundred chefs and tastemakers nationally, exploring where passion and commitment are born in each of us, and how that flows through a kitchen and to those gathered at a table.
